Hair has always been more than beauty to Brittney. It is identity, confidence, and transformation.
Brittney is the founder of Salon Crim and a beauty industry leader whose career spans salon ownership, education, luxury service leadership, and on-set production. Since 2009, her work has been defined by precision, elevated artistry, and an unwavering commitment to helping people feel confident in their appearance.
After training at Paul Mitchell The School North Haven in Connecticut, Brittney became an educator and learning leader, mentoring stylists and advancing technical excellence. Her career soon expanded beyond the salon chair into television and film, where she developed a reputation for professionalism under pressure and camera-ready execution.
Her credits include styling for Fox Sports 1’s NASCAR RaceHub, on-set work for The Hunger Games, and serving as Head of Hair & Makeup for the 2025 film Progress?, where she led beauty execution in a fast-paced production environment, specializing in continuity, rapid changes, and flawless on-camera styling.
Brittney is highly specialized in advanced hair restoration, focusing on non-surgical hair replacement systems, custom fitting, precision cutting, and seamless styling. Her work delivers results that are both natural and transformative, restoring confidence as much as appearance.
Her professional journey includes leadership roles in New York City, including supervisory experience on Madison Avenue and at Hair Club Midtown Manhattan, where she guided teams and upheld luxury service standards at scale.
Today, Brittney brings this caliber of expertise to Salon Crim, where artistry meets intention. Her chair welcomes everyone from local clients to out-of-state guests who travel for her signature approach and trusted results.
At the heart of her work is a deep belief that beauty should create impact. Brittney provides haircuts for the homeless and donates 10% of salon services monthly to the American Cancer Society.
Outside the salon, Brittney is a wife and mother who understands the balance between self-care and real life. That perspective shapes the experience she creates: elevated, welcoming, and grounded in genuine connection.
Brittney holds professional licenses in Connecticut, New York, Tennessee, and North Carolina, along with educator licenses in North Carolina and Tennessee.
